Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Dryva AUS account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are attached, and include the return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Australian Post location or designated courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your requested exchange item within 5 business days.
